The hotel had a beautiful breakfast, was very clean and comfortable, but the almost transparent curtains didn't block the early morning sunlight well, affecting our sleep. The rooms were a bit tiny.

The Mayflower is a clean and comfortable guest house with friendly welcoming staff. The location is ideal with local amenities close by and the ferry terminal and city centre less than a mile away. Despite some noise from a nearby pub, my stay was very pleasant with accommodating staff and a decent breakfast.
